If you are selected for an interview, you will receive an email from a recruiter. The first interview (pre-screen) is via Microsoft Teams, dress professionally. The interviewer will ask questions related to your resume, metrics, sales, customer service, current experience. 3 step process - Pre-screen, Shadow day in office, and final interview with VP or Area manager

Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.

Drivers license, speeding tickets, authorized to work in canada, leadership positions and how you would operate in this role
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!
