Company going through a massive hiring event so 3 rounds of interviews with the first 2 back to back virtual via teams. Spoke with head of HR, then area manager then in person with the regional vice president. Very quick and enjoyable process. The questions aligned directly with professional experience, role responsibilities and work ethic to see how well you would fit the team. No irrelevant questions. Opportunity to learn what the leadership structure looked like and who you would be working with. 3rd round, although nerve wracking with the VP was more of a personable conversation to get to know eachother which was great!

Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!
