I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
wow where do I start, the interview started with them handing me a portable dvd player in the waiting room and watching a company video, pretty standard stuff. I then did a 1:1 interview, I must say this was by far the worst interview I have been on, how Enterprise recruits any decent talent is beyond me! I left there thinking there is no way id wanna work here!
The questions started out as typical behavioral questions, then preceded towards what i felt like was more of an interrogation rather than an interview. Some were like "I see u went to college for marketing, why are u here? why aren't u working or looking for work in the marketing field? why haven't u pursued a management position at ur current job if u wanna be a manager"? the questions weren't that hard it was just the tone of the interviewer.

Question 1
what makes you think your better than the other 30 people i'm also interiewing?
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Question 1
What is something you have done in your personal life to improve yourself?
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
