Interview
I was a referral. At first I completed a virtual interview that was about 15 minutes. After that I was invited for an in-person interview on site. I was given a tour of the facility and shadowed for 1 hour. I was given a checklist of tasks to shadow for on my phone. After that, I was interviewed by the manager.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
