This is a 3 part interview. The questions are in Star format and questions about previous exp. Everything went well until final interview. I was given conflicting information. At branch I was told we would be working 60 hours week, 12 hours a day shifts with a half day off during the week if you were scheduled to work weekends and at final interview I was told 46-49 hours with a full day off if you worked weekends and the position should never exceed 49 hours a week. Plus all the reviews on here say no work life balance and you work 60+ hours a week. I’m not sure if that conflicting info costed me the position but I was not selected for the position after making it to 3rd interview. Please remember you’re interviewing the company as much as they are interviewing you and there are such things as red flags during the interview and the conflicting hours / no work life balance was one for me.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
