Interview
First there was a 10 minute phone call with HR followed by a 30 minute Zoom call with one member of HR, it began with star based competency questions followed by general questions listed below.

Question 1
STAR questions - sales exp, cust service, work ethic, flexibility, communication skills, leadership, competitiveness, overall career goals.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
