Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Met with 3 different people. All were super nice and friendly. This included the hiring manager, branch manager, and area manager. One of the interviews also goes for 2 hours long as you will shadow a day in the life of working for that branch.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
