I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2025
Interview
I submitted my resume and completed a screening call with a recruiter. Then went to an on-site job shadow that was followed immediately by an interview with the branch manager. A couple of weeks later I had an interview with the area manager at the regional headquarters. I never heard back from them. I was trying to wait to decide what job to accept based on if I got an offer here, but they never replied so I accepted a position elsewhere. Overall, I spent over 12 hours preparing, traveling, and actually interviewing for the company and I was upset by the lack of response after sending follow-up emails and never getting a simple response of, "we have filled this position."
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
