I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Kingston, ON) in Jul 2024
Interview
The first step was an online interview, then I moved on to a branch interview with the manager (made it to round 2 out of 3). Started with a branch tour and shadowing the front desk and was given a checklist to get a sense of what the job looks like day to day.
After that was the actual interview. They asked pretty standard sales and behavioral questions (lots of “tell me about a time when…”). They also wanted to know if I’d be open to relocating, helping with other tasks like car detailing if needed, and what I’d learned about the role beforehand.
I practiced using Enterprise interview questions I found online and they were spot on. They want candidates who see themselves growing with the company, so highlight career goals, teamwork, and long-term interest in staying. Interviewer was 30 minutes late to the interview.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
