They bring you in, they don't ask anything about sales. They kind of look you over. They ask if you play foosball, they seem to want to know if you fit there. Once you're hired, you see that they just kind of hire white guys that act the same, if you seem to fit, then you're in. I dunno. There's nothing that would tell you what they are looking for. Kind of weird, but kind of awesome because I was hired. Not awesome because some pretty odd people made it through the process and I had to work with them.
