I had an intro call with a recrutier. The recruiter promised next steps. I reached out to the recruiter on LinkedIn after a month of hearing back. I then reached out to another connection if there are any updates and all I heard were crickets. It has been 3 months and I’ve officially been ghosted. In this market, it’s a shame to spend time and not hear back when you invest time.
