One of the longest and worst interview experience. 8 rounds of interviews, 2 months and half. The recruiter sometimes vanished for 2 weeks before giving any update. I was told that they're looking to hire within 2 weeks, then the recruiter mentioned the VP wants to pause the process but still schedules an interview with another VP. (My 8th interview) After passing all the interviews with various C-level stakeholders, the newly hired VP supposedly had a negative feedback. I had the recruiter on the phone only once (first call), I didn't receive a proper feedback, basically wasted my time & energy for 2.5 months. No follow-up on my email when I got rejected either. The worst.
