Enverus interview questions

Recruiter from Enverus contacted me, we scheduled a phone call, she expressed interest in me and said I'll be great fit for the team. She said she will give me feedback from the teamleader and info about next steps. After few days she just viewed my LinkedIn profile and never responed back. I found this childish and unprofessional. They opened new office in our country recently, but we don't need such companies here ;)

I went through the full interview process. They asked my reference to fill out reference forms, then booked follow-up phone calls, but never actually called. They then ghosted me for over a month and sent me an email rejection with no feedback.
