I sent a follow up email, he replied to it a day later saying that they would 'be in touch shortly'. The interview was Monday. It is now Saturday. Also, the job description did not mention travel, but 10% was addressed during the call with HR. HR focused more on managing people, while the Director focused more on Clients.
