Contacted 3 weeks after applying. In total I had 3 interviews, but only the first one was interested in gauging my applicable skills and was in person. Other two were more of an informal 'get to know you/the agency/position better' interviews and occurred over the phone. All were panel interviews ranging from 2-3 people, and included either my immediate supervisors or fellow staff members where they asked pre-chosen questions and wrote down my responses. I received an offer from HR a little under a month after first being contacted. I was cleared to start working 1.5 months after receiving my offer.
