From beginning to end the talent acquisition team member working me with was beyond impressive. There was constant contact, no dragged out processes and truly do feel they did a great job. As far as the interview processes goes, it was far better than previous experiences. I have been in situations where I have had panel after to panel to be told the position never created or they went with an candidate. I had very straight forward and informative interviews one of which was a small two person panel.

A phone interview was scheduled with the Acct. Director and his boss. I applied through a job board and was contacted by someone in HR who scheduled the phone interview. The phone interview lasted 30 min. The questions were about my previous experience in this field.
