Quite protracted but people were friendly and nice - worth sticking with it. There is a very clear "process" that the team has to follow which can make it feel slightly cumbersome as a candidate.

It was a Teams meeting, the person was over 10 minutes late, no camera on and sounded like they were in a tunnel. I spent most of the interview time explaining that while I am not a British citizen, I have to right to work in the UK and I can provide evidence of it, I had to explain the process on what to do and how it works. I understand the person is based in the US, but as a recruiter working in an international company, it did not fill me with confidence.
