I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Envision Pharma
Interview
I had multiple Zoom interviews with various Envision team members including the people who I would be working closely with in the division looking to hire me. The interviews took anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour each and as the company and many of its members are based in the UK and I am in the US, I had all of my interviews early in the morning before starting my regular work day.

I applied online. I interviewed at Envision Pharma (Wilmslow, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I was initially contacted via email asking whether I would like to have a Teams meeting as a "welcome chat" and a chance for the interviewers to tell me more about EPG, get to know them and for me to introduce myself and ask any questions I have. I was very satisfied at the end of the call - the interviewers were very friendly and the informal chat made it less nerve wracking.
A week later, I was invited again to attend another interview over Teams. This time 4 people were interviewing me and I was very satisfied with how it went. All the panel were incredibly friendly and were all interested in my history and my reasons for wanting to join EPG. The interview began with everyone introducing themselves and then I talked them through my CV and work history. Questions were then asked as I went through my CV. They were very specific questions regarding experience and skills I obtained from these experiences.
