The process begins with a conversation with talent acquisition, followed by an assignment. They mentioned it would take 5–10 business days to grade, but it actually took over three weeks before I was told my assignment had received a passing grade. Only at that point did they say my resume would be passed along to the hiring manager. After that, I never heard back. When I followed up, HR initially said they would notify the hiring manager, but then they stopped responding altogether. The lack of communication left me in the dark and made the process feel like a complete waste of time.

I applied as a MW online. The whole hiring process took about two months from initial screening call to receiving an offer, The initial screening call was a phone interview with a talent acquisition partner. Then I received a writing assessment (to create a slide-deck and short synopsis of a clinical study) with about one week to turn it in, after which I had an interview with a two-member panel. Following this interview, I was contact later that a freeze has been placed on the particular role on the team I had been interviewed for, but there was another opening on another team if I was interested. So, I had a second interview with another two-member panel. This was shorter and friendly, but yet professional. Through the entire hiring process, Vicky Hinton was super supportive and highly collaborative.
