Interview
First step is talking to the recruiter, then a meeting with the head of AI on your technical background. Next you’re given a technical assignment. It was a topic modelling assignment about finding areas of improvements in a set of train reviews. You get about half a day to complete that. If you pass this step, you’ll be invited to present your solution and have a technical discussion with the head of NLP and another member of the team. In the final step, you’re invited to the office for lunch to assess your cultural fit to the team.
