I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Epic Games (Salt Lake City, UT) in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied online in January, and received an email from Epic Games end February indicating they would like to move forward and I will need to complete and submit a test. I completed it one day after I received the test and submitted to the link they provided. Two weeks later I got contacted by a recruiter saying that they would like to move forward and schedule a phone interview. I submitted my availability immediately in mid March and then there was no response until a month later. I got contacted by the same recruiter and she apologized that the lack of response was due to preparation for GDC. We scheduled a date in mid April to do a phone interview and during that time period the communication is really effective. The phone interview went well and at the end she said that I will receive a response in a week. And after that I waited for another month where there is no response to the interview or follow up emails I sent after the interview. I didn't receive the rejection letter until mid May and during that time there was no response at all regarding the process or the follow up email.

Question 1
What challenges have you dealt with on previous projects
I was asked to answer some basic questions like: why did you apply for this job, why Epic, etc. They'll ask you about the experiences related to the position you applied.
Started with a simple phone screen interview, followed by an assignment with some programming and logic questions. Next was a technical interview, which was much more difficult than the assignment where I was only asked C++ questions. Very difficult unless you're a C++ specialist/expert.
