Phone screening - 1:1 with the person who will be your line manager - homework: preparatory training videos, tasks and tests (fairly simple) - Coming in to listen in to current sales reps calls - Final round interview - Notification of successful applicants within 7 days.

The Interview Process Was tough.... Its not the company where you can turn up to an interview unprepared. The experience was still positive! 3 rounds, the first stage was a telephone interview with their Recruitment Team, the second stage was a face to face interview with the Sales manager, which i had to prepare two tasks and review their software. and third stage was a test on their online software test. Enjoyed the process, wasn't given all the information to prep for interviews, which was part of the challenge. Got on very well with every that spoke to me, a good sign of things to come working for the company.
