It was a 2 stage Interview Process. First stage was a phone call then the second stage was Face-to-Face. Telephonic converstaion is just very casual conversation, I had a call from Guy name Roger Morris who had a very casual chat and speaking a little bit about my experience. For 2nd stage took nearly a month, The interview was based on competency based interview question maily ( I guess thats what they are concerned about more how you answer them). I was called in Sheffield office where they have another office apart from Norwich and Orlando. I was received by a lady who took me to a conference room where there was 3 other people was on video call Roger, A developer i think his name was tom and HR Girl. I though this was going to be face to face yet there was only one lady who recieved me and rest of them was on video call and the audio was not that great either where i had trouble listening there questions and answer them promptly. I wouldnt have mind even if they had called me in norwich i would have gone because it was meant to be face to face interview yet 3 person who had to make a decision was on the video call. However, Overall they do make you comfortable in both stages but i guess Although the job was junior level but they had high expectation from somebody like me who has barely work on a single project. Though i am sure they must have made a right decision in the end. I wish them and whoever they have hired A Good luck.
