EPOS now hires with a company called Recruitment Junkie. You first do a quick video interview with someone over Google Meet. It probably takes 15-30 minutes at most. Very friendly and really helps you understand the jobs available. Then if you pass that level you are referred to an in person interview. The in person interview was very informative and you can see what the environment is like. Afterwards the hiring manager or whoever you met with follows up with the Recruitment Junkie Recruiter, they provide all the notes about how the hiring manager thought of you and then offer the position or not,
