Very length process. Had several interviews and prepared a project that took me hours to get ready, just to hear that they chose someone with a background in Science. So, why make people spend their time if they don't have the background you want? I went to the last stage of the process to hear that. That's unfortunate, the hiring manager seemed to be very nice and good to work with.
