I received a message to come to inteeview at night. Then I went to the physical iv. The interview process was quite unconventional. It started with a typical request to introduce myself, but from there, the session became more of a one-sided conversation. The interviewer spent the majority of the hour explaining the company structure and venting about the challenges the team was facing-who were described as lacking the necessary skills for transformation. Throughout the entire process, I wasn’t asked many questions about my skills or experience relevant to the role. Instead, the interviewer focused on his frustrations about an ongoing transformation project being driven by the hq. It felt less like an interview and more like a monologue, where I had little opportunity to share how I could contribute to the company. Overall, the process lacked structure and felt more like a venting session than a formal interview. So please have more structured approach of interview plan so at least u can give a good candidate experience. Also I wish u all the best for ur project.
