What was my experience and what types of accounts I had worked on
The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Epsilon
Interview
I was originally told I’d meet with 4 people and then do a presentation. It turned out to be 6 people, including a client, and then they wanted me to meet additional clients. This spanned across 6 weeks.
The feedback along the way was positive as they moved me along the process, but I was getting the runaround. Many of the interview questions (including from the client) were centered around my POVs on various industry topics. It seemed as though they were just trying to get free information to better their own business.
I finally decided to level set with the recruiter and never heard back. Complete waste of time. They should pay you for going through their interviews.
