Pretty extensive. Must interview with several individuals. Does get a little redundant. Everyone that conducted interviews did seem eager to get to know you and felt good about their job.
Had an interview with a recruiter and then a VP. Thought the process was good and would be leaving a positive review even though I wasn’t offered a position. Unfortunately, these “professionals” ghost candidates. Speaks to both their personal and professional integrity that after over an hour of interviews they can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum.
