Basic screening interview conducted over Zoom. Hiring manager was very polite and asked typical questions. My experience was not well aligned with the position so I struggled when I was asked about how my prior roles would extend to the Company.

Initial interview with HR then an interview with the hiring manager.
After a few weeks, I had a panel interview with the rest of the team that I'll be working with.

Too many rounds and waited for too long. Sometimes the HR isn’t responding that fast, perhaps we could shorten the whole process so that the candidates don’t have to wait for so long.
