I had two phone interviews before I was asked to actually go to the location and speak with the management directly. Once there, it was a very personable conversation more than an interview, which was more comfortable.

Do not waste your time! They ghost candidates. This position has been posted for months. Recruiter said someone was in final stages months ago and position is still posted. Recruiter stated that they would get back in touch either way and crickets. Follow up email to recruiter and crickets. Do better Equinox! Shame on you for having representatives ghost candidates. Horrible and classless for a luxury brand.
