I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Equipment & Controls (Bridgeville, PA)
Interview
Lengthy process. Starts with a phone screening, then a 2 hour in person interview with lower level (peer) employees, and lastly another 2 hour in person interview with higher level management. Overall, it took about a month to go through the whole process, and then to hear back that I wasn't receiving an offer.
Phone screening interview followed by on site action and results based questions, meet with several managers, third round with hiring manager. Other than that everyone was very friendly and answered my questions too.
