The VP contacted me via email and we set up an initial phone interview. After the phone interview I was asked to interview in person. I met with the VP again, he asked me more questions and explained the process of becoming an Advisor. The second in-person interview I met with the VP and the President, answered additional questions and then was asked to develop a business plan and given a booklet to fill out and present at the third and final in-person interview.
