Interview
First cut is telephone interview in which they ask your goals and some basic questions like why are you interested. If they are interested they invite one to an in person interview. In mine the interviewer mostly talked about how they got the job, have been successful and what motivates. It is a sales job first and foremost-getting prospects to a team presentation is the goal with performance standards to meet for that purpose. Background check before they move ahead. I was screened out due to a current bankruptcy filing.
