I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors in Jun 2009
Interview
They promise you huge growth potential, but really its a scam. After a presentation you set up a meeting with one of the 4 managers who then ask you why you want to work for the company. Spend a lot of time telling you how much money you can make. Expect you to work Monday - Sunday 8am - 9pm.
I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (New York, NY)
Interview
Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.

Online video interview that was vague on job duties. Interview length was fast and convincing I was a good fit but there was no follow up. Company will ghost you.

I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Falls Church, VA)

2 rounds of phone interviews and then 1 interview in office where you make a presentation about prospecting for clients once you would have the role. Phone calls were behavioral while the in office was more about your plan to succeed
