I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors
Interview
Interview is easy and straightforward. They ask many questions and ask where you see yourself in this industry in 5 years. Also ask how you would deal with rejection. They have 3-4 rounds of interviews to make it seem complicated. They have upfront costs you have to pay for exams and other things. It is really a sales position as you have to go door to door to meet clients and customers to sell AXA products. Nothing really about wealth management or finance.

I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The process was pretty easy. They did a very good job letting you know what needs to be done and communicating. The interviewer was really nice and easy to talk to as well.
I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (New York, NY)
Interview
There were three rounds, very straight forward questions, last interview a slide show was presented. Interviewer was very nice and made me comfortable. Felt more like conversation then an interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (New York, NY) in Jun 2025
Interview
They reached out on LinkedIn, and we set up an introductory call. Then, I went into the office for an in-person interview, where we had a conversation about the responsibilities, pay, and culture. Straightforward and honestly good conversation. Was suprised that I was not called back. The position seemed like a role for those looking to start a book and dive into wealth management.
