Went through roughly three interviews, a phone call, a zoom meeting, and a final meeting in person. All weren’t super long or challenging, they lasted roughly 30 minutes to an hour each.

How have your past challenges and experiences made you a better person today. What is your work ethic and list examples were you lead a team.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.
Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
