Interview
Had a brief interview with a senior regional manager and then with the recruiter in Tampa. Was asked my interest level in the regional position which I responded, very interested. Was asked if I had a college degree, I do not. I have multiple years experience in the industry. This did not qualify me for the interview process to continue. The regional told me she would try to get this requirement waived due to experience, this didn't happen either. Process justed stopped, no follow up.

Did I have a college degree. Seemed to be the only question the recruiter was interested in getting answered. Was a disappointing experience but allowed me to redirect my interest in other areas of the business.

Friendly and pretty casual. Asked basic interview questions and gave time to ask questions back about the role and the company. It was with an HR person, with the next interview to be with someone more senior.
