I filled out a pretty lengthy application, including filming a short video for them. Shortly after they sent me a personality and IQ test. The former I found pretty difficult even though I've taken other such tests before, as it required me to assign very binary character traits to myself when I kept wanting to say "sometimes X, sometimes Y, depending on the person/situation." Then I took the IQ test with a bit of a headache, but did reasonably well on given the tight time constraint. EM never sent me a follow-up email, so I assume they didn't like what I did on one of these two metrics.
I'm glad they gave me the tests right off the bat, but not sending me a declination afterward was pretty discourteous of them.
