Before an interview they ask you to take a personality assessment and a PLI test, which tests on several areas including math, logic, reading comprehension, etc. I was brought in for an interview about a week later. They placed me in a cold room and made me take the PLI again before asking me questions. Two groups of interviewers came in; one was pleasant and the other group was very rude. The second group asked a lot of pointed and off-putting questions, like asking me to recite the Black Scholes formula on the spot, asking me if my credentials were real, and asking me what the maximum hours I would be willing to work in a week. Interviewers seemed like they were intentionally unimpressed with my answers to try to throw me off, constantly interrupted, and asked odd follow-up questions. One interviewer spilled coffee on the table while I was mid-question and excused themselves to clean it up; the other was playing with and smelling their hair the entire time I answered their questions. I was not asked to come back for a second interview but wouldn’t have accepted an invitation anyway.
