Incredibly long, met with over 12 people, including the CEO who thought it was funny to make fun of the school where I got my masters even though he's got a bunch of employees from there. Had to do the online assessment twice, an excel assessment, a case study of some case they wrote that is not relevant anymore. Overall, spent over 4 hours in their office twice. I was then told over the phone they intended to make an offer, I received an email two days later saying the were moving on, without any reason whatsoever. I kind you not! In my opinion, these people live in a bubble and they are incredibly mistaken if they think they are actually attracting top talent with masters or MBA's to work 60 hours/wk for starting salaries of $55k. They constantly referred to "benefits" like being flexible on work hours etc...I would really recommend an HR person since they don't have one to bring some sense of reality. It became obvious their low ball of an offer was because they hire recent graduates needing sponsorship and are willing to go through that process with them. Overall, everyone that worked there seemed nice except the CEO who should work on his people skills.
