It was not too long. The interviewer only went through usual interview questions. They also were interested in who you are, especially the skills you're interested in using. I expressed interest in problem-solving, as EM is a consulting agency, so I was given a small puzzle to solve which was fun. The interview also included me talking about my current books, any anime I've been watching and their hobbies outside of work.

Interview
It was very thorough. First an online logic/thinking test, then an online personality test. Then an interview with two representatives. They were very friendly and relaxed. It lasted for about 45 minutes.
