Tough multiple rounds of technical discussions. I was asked to draw diagrams on the white board. They asked me to give a quick test on laptop (test was from javarach.com). They have given me some critical scenarios which needs to be resolved immediately.

I had my first interview on phone with the recruiter. The next step was having a phone interview with the hiring manager and the following week, they called me in for an interview with Product owners, architects, and the hiring manager.
The phone interview didn't take more than 15-20 mins however the last interview took 3 hours.

One phone interview and one face to face interview in the Ericsson office. The final step was a drug and helth test but this was done after the contract was offered and accepted.
