The first point of contact was pre placement talk. Then we share applications and Ericsson counducted Aptitude test in the campus to shortlist from 1st round followed by technical Interview in the campus and lastly HR round discussion with Ericsson officials traveling to campus

It was ok. Soft skills and technical skills were the subjects of the talk. The manager wanted to see if you are quick in solving issues, able to speak fluent in multiple languages and help out technicians in day to day activities
