Interview
First, there was an interview over Skype where you talked to H&R, where they mainly asked general questions and what kind of experience you previously had. A couple of days later I had a interview with the person who would eventually become my manager. It was a quite relaxing interview where they mostly focused on you as a person, and not so much on the technical questions.

Interview
Very pleasant and comfortable experience. Had 2 interviews. One with HR and then with couple of Managers. The interview with the HR was very typical.
The interview with the Managers was very interesting. They asked a lots of questions from my resume and then they talked about the requirements of the job at Ericsson. They asked me about how can I contribute and what I would do if I put in situation 'X' or situation 'Y'.
Got the offer at the end of the process but had to reject because of low salary.
