I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Budapest)
Interview
- The first round was entirely computer based. The candidates were asked to enter a room full with computers and take a seat. Everybody needed to complete a logic test and a basic programming test. Then it was optional (but highly recommended) to continue with additional tests: C, C++, Linux and IP networking.
- After the 1st round, HR got back to me in a couple of days with a list of projects the company was working on. I could select a few, so that those managers were notified and they could come to the 2nd round.
- The 2nd round was essentially random questions about the work I've done, IP network basics, and salary.
- After the 2nd round, I received a call from the manager directly offering me the job. Then after the confirmation, HR sent a mail with all the details.

Question 1
It might seem obvious, but be prepared to answer salary related questions on the 2nd round with the manager.
Basic SWE trivia about different processes. A few things on the resume, and the standard tell me about yourself questions. Both interviewers were cordial and professional. Good experience over all.
It was a really well-managed process. There were 3 steps, first HR, secondly technical interview and finally with line manager. I explained my experience and technical skills mostly and they asked related questions.

They asked me about Angular and object oriented related questions.
Very bad, only one interview whitout any technical question they said they will introduce the team structure and then ask me a code question, but they didn't ask question then leave, and the interview is not finished they said an excuse then leave
