You know those door-to-door magazine sales reps? That's what they're looking for. They'll ask you about your work experience and why you're leaving your current job. They'll tell you how they're going to be making an investment in you so you can work for them in a commission-only role, and by "investment", they tell you they're going to pay your travel and lodging expenses for the week-long training. I literally had to keep myself from doing an eye-roll when they said that. It was mentioned during the second interview, too.
