Very communicative and informative of the position and company values. Really laid out the overall company vision for employees and growth. Overall it was very smooth and informal conversation. Promoting from within the organization was made very clear.

Interview was good. Everything was explained throughly and transparently. The office was nice. Seems like a good culture. Discussed benefits and pay and long work hours. Said it wasn’t easy but it was worth it.

5 personal panel interview for the second interview. First one was a one on one. Male driven. I was the only female that worked in my location ever. Scheduling questions. Why you would be good when this job has a high turnover rate.
