Interview
I applied online. A week later, had a phone interview lasting ten minutes. A few days later got an email that I was moving forward. Had to complete online testing. Did an on-site interview, met with an HR rep for maybe 20 minutes and went over benefits and asked basic queations: why Erie? What makes you stand out from the rest of the applicants?, etc. Then met with two supervisors from the department. They asked many behavioral/situational questions for another 40 minutes. Got another email that I had been selected to move forward. Met with the president of the department who asked pretty basic questions, essentially repeating what the HR rep had asked while throwing a curveball or two. Another email asking for permission to do a background check, credit check, educational background check, and reference check. A week and a half later, got a call offering me the position and had to take a drug test within two days.
