I was first given a phone call by the recruiter for the department (mine was IT), a guy named Ryan, he asked when I was available to come to Erie for a personal interview. Was first greeted by Ryan and a Director of a department/IT intern coordinator. They asked myself and another interviewee questions about our resume, then proceeded to explain their experiences.
After about 20 minutes they split me and the other interviewee up into two panel rooms, both consisting of higher-ups in the division we were interviewing for (IT directors, SSVs), and was immediately drilled with questions (Why ERIE?, who inspires you?, tell us your experiences in technology, where do you expect technology to go in the next 10 years?). Be able to tell them your weaknesses, your strengths, responsibilities in your extra curriculars, be honest and up front.
