I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Erie Insurance Group (Erie, PA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied for the IT Future Focus program when I applied. You start with interviewing with your department supervisor and the HR recruiter. You then go to an interview with four others.
The interviews were behavioral and you are asked to take a personality assessor before you arrive. You will be asked questions that are similar to what you answered. I had a lot of success with being honest and transparent with them.
Prerecorded interview then if they like that they reach out for a zoom interview. Very nice people, 4 people will take turns asking you questions. Questions are simple enough mostly behavioral.
After you apply the first step if you are selected is to submit a one-way video interview for them to review. Followed by three (possibly more) interviews with potential team members or supervisors.
The interview was 3 phase and started with an online application then an AI screening and finally with an imperson or zoom meeting. Overall a good experience.
Very friendly and helpful.
